Everything. Being met at the door and the orientation to the apartment was exceptional. Customer service was wonderful from reception as well. The set up, amenities and welcome pastel di nata topped off the experience

Great location, spacious common area and bedrooms, quiet and comfortable, clean, stocked with amenities.

Small bathrooms, shower needs a slip proof mat, kitchen needs dish towel and place could use a dryer for clothes

We loved this apartment 2 bedroom ,2 bathroom and large living area .Very central and Close to eating places and for sightseeing .Daily housekeeping .There was a washing machine and an iron.

"We could not have been happier with this apartment, property and assistance from Maria and her team."

Property manager was immediately responsive when we told her our arrival time. We only waited about 15 min (inside) for her to arrive. The waiting area is comfortable and lovely. Maria was a dream to work with!

If I'm pressed to say something, I guess the bed pillows could be improved, but it's a small issue. Renters should know that one of the bedrooms has windows into the interior of the apt, so this might not be great for two couples as there's a lack of privacy. We had no issues as we were sisters traveling together.

Just like the listing with no surprises. Great location in the middle of Porto. Bathrooms are clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. Appliances are very good. Housekeeper was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was a little cumbersome, because we seemed to be communicating with multiple people. But everyone is very friendly. Could use a second matching chair in the living room to help accommodate two couples staying together. And a clothes dryer would be a nice touch if it would fit.

This property is impeccably decorated, immaculately clean, and conveniently located. It is spacious and has everything you could possibly need - from a water kettle to an iron. Communication with staff was excellent.

"Fantastic value and location!"

The location was perfect if you are a tourist, like we were. It was very easy to walk to the river, with so many walking locations and/or Uber pickups. The apartment we had was very clean, lots of lighting options, vent fans in the bathrooms (Random, but I appreciate them), AC, and well-stocked with essentials. I was there with my family, and we all enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again and highly recommend it.

We did not have any issues or things we did not like.
