Villa Invicta II

Location is great.

The advertised check-in time was 3:00 PM, but we only found out the room was not ready when we arrived at the apartment. There were bed sheets left on the floor and the bathroom was still dirty, making it obvious that cleaning had not been completed. Earlier that day, we had taken an early morning flight and travelled to Porto, so we were looking forward to settling in after a long journey. Instead, we carried our luggage up three levels of stairs only to discover that we could not use the apartment and had to wait around 2 hours before checking in. This significantly disrupted our plans and wasted valuable holiday time. The laundry facilities advertised in the listing were also not working when we arrived. We specifically chose this accommodation because it offered laundry facilities, but ended up spending extra time and money using a laundrette instead. The steamer was also not working, so we were unable to iron our clothes. Not being able to provide a clean and ready room at the advertised check-in time is a basic failure in hospitality. We raised these issues with the host, but no compensation or goodwill gesture was offered. If you value your travel time, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Très propre et bien situé tous ce fait en 15-20 minutes à pied.

La baie vitrée qui donne sur la terrasse, très dur à ouvrir et fermer

Heel goede locatie om Porto te bezoeken. Ruim appartement voor 2. Heel dicht bij metro wat handig was om de luchthaven vlot te bereiken. Grote supermarkt en tal van restaurant dichtbij. Geen nachtlawaai .

Te weinig handdoeken ( we verbleven 1 week). Te weinig kapstokken . Maar 1 stoel aan de tafel op het terras ( voor 2 volwassenen ) Ook 1 van de stoelen ad tafel binnen was stuk. De schuifdeur naar het terras is verschrikkelijk ; loodzwaar en geen beweging in te krijgen om te openen of te sluiten. Dit kan alleen door een sterke persoon geopend worden met risico op blessures aan rug, nek ...

L'appartamento è davvero accogliente, dotato di ogni comfort e in una posizione ottima, tranquilla e sicura. A nemmeno 10 Min dal centro con ogni servizio vicino, metro, supermercato e farmacia.

Le istruzioni per l'utilizzo del termostato non era chiarissime, ci ho messo un po' a capire come farlo funzionare e non penso nemmeno di averlo fatto correttamente. In ogni caso le istruzioni le hanno messe a disposizione per ogni lingua necessaria, quindi questo è un piccolo dettaglio insignificante rispetto alla qualità della camera
