La ubicación, la facilidad de acceso, la distribucion y todos los utensilios que tenia el piso. Muy equipado y bonito.

El ascensor no funcionó en todo la estancia y por lo que veo en comentarios es algo frecuente. Pudimos subir por las escaleras sin problema, pero es un tercero (a tener en cuenta para personas con mobilidad reducida o carritos de bebe). Por otro lado, le haría falta mantenimiento a la duchas, la mampara se cae y el plato resvala mucho. Quitando esto, la estancia inmejorable.

Location and easy, comfortable space Light and air filled

67 steps and the lift didn't work A very unstable floor near the bathroom entrance of second apartment, which was neither good nor mentioned. This should have been fixed before occupied or even offered

Great location, nice view. Great daily cleaning service greatly appreciated.

Some people wouldn’t like the noise from outside but this is because of its great proximity to bars and restaurants. A few loose fitting in the bathroom and a worrying soft spot in the floor boards that was between the kitchen and bathroom.
