The apartment is well distributed, comfortable and in a very good condition, like new.

I couldn’t use the elevator and via chat someone twll me that was not included into the amenities

Good location and spacious.

Bathrooms are very tiny. We asked for the linens for the sofa bed and our request was acknowledged however when we got to the property there were no linens for the sofa bed. Tried contacting on the WhatsApp number and all I got was a response saying we are looking into it. Waited 3 hours and no response. Had to sleep on the sofa bed with towels and a sheet. Then in the morning they responded and said they will have it ready for the next night even though we had already checked out. Called their emergency/ urgent line and no one answered or responded to texts.
