Logement propre, buen situé et le courant de Mariana

Le manque cruel de vaisselle pour cuisiner. Nous étions neuf et franchement il manquait de tout, le peu d'équipements à disposition n était pas adapté à la plaque. Cette remarque a été relevée à plusieurs reprises c est dommage que rien ne soit fait. Le gérant nous avait pourtant confirmé qu il y avait ce qu il fallait pour cuisiner.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The person who checked us in was friendly and gave us good recommendations for the city.

The apartment was in poor condition and did not match what was advertised. There was visible mold (including in the living area), lack of cleanliness, and clear maintenance issues. This was particularly concerning as it affected breathing comfort. The listing was also misleading, as the apartment showed a terrace in the photos and facilities, which was not part of the unit we received. Some advertised amenities were not functional, including the washing machine, and the heating was insufficient and very noisy. The most concerning aspect was the host’s behavior. Communication was dismissive, unhelpful, and at times intimidating. We were pressured to leave without a clear or agreed solution, and the host eventually refused further communication. Due to the overall situation and feeling uncomfortable, we decided to leave early and book alternative accommodation at our own expense. We are still waiting for our reimbursement one week after!

Le séjour était exceptionnel, l’accueil de Mariana est chaleureux et gentil! Nous savons où dormir si nous revenons ! L’appartement est très bien decoré, fidèle aux photos . Il est propre et aussi bien placé. Ce séjour à Porto était une surprise pour ma petite sœur et ce fut parfait !

L’emplacement, la disposition de l’appartement donnant une indépendance aux enfants. L’accueil, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Mariana .

L’hôte très accessible. Bonne terrasse.

L’insonorisation des fenêtres et l’humidité dans la suite. Difficile de faire partir cette odeur malgré l’aération
