Camarinha Oporto Apartments

L’appartient est spacieux et correspond bien à la description. Il est très bien situé pour visiter Porto. Nous étions une famille de 5 dont 2 adultes et nos 2 grands garçons 24 et 18 ans et notre fille de 11 ans. Nous avons et très bien accueillis.

Un seul point était le manque de casseroles ou de poêles aussi nous n avons pas cuisiné et utilisé q5 le micro-ondes.

Space

The upstairs rooms were dark and didnt have much space. On the whole, there was a lot of damp on the walls and ceilings due to the flat roof. On the whole it needed a bit of a freshen up and some TLC

Manque d’ustensiles de cuisine pour un groupe , problème de serrure ( manque de clefs par rapport au nombre d’occupant ), problème d’isolation phonique ( travaux , circulation)

Het appartement zat dicht bij twee metro stations, dat was heel fijn. Het was lekker ruim en er waren genoeg badkamers/wc's. Alles was goed schoon. Het dakterras was echt heerlijk!

De bank binnen was niet heel comfortabel, en er miste wat dingen in de keuken, bijv. Een snijplank.

Mariana was really helpful. The apartment was big enough for our needs and close to a Metro station and small supermarket. The bedding and towels were spotless.

The worst thing was that on our last night we sat in the lounge and saw three large cockroaches. The apartment is tired and needs some tlc. One bathroom had a broken shower attachment, so was in effect "hand held" and the shower door was loose. In the en suite bathroom one of the door panels was loose. The kitchen has sufficient crockery and cutlery but very little else. It would not be possible to cook a meal due to the lack of pans etc. Although we ate out, it would have been nice to be able to cook breakfast. We had a price list for water wine chocolate and other things, but none of them were in the apartment. When l questioned it l was told that things hadn't been restocked. These are all easily remedied and the apartment would be excellent (if the cockroaches can be dealt with).

Viajaron mis padres con un grupo de amigos y quedaron encantados con todo. La ubicación, el trato de Mariana, y la variedad de propuestas de excursiones y de lugares para comer que les hizo Mariana les hizo mucho más agradable la estancia

L’emplacement est idéal ! Nouria est très sympa, elle prend le temps avec ses hôtes. Les chambres sont TB, literie parfaite. 2 sdb et 3 wc sont appréciables

Le quiproquo de la terrasse : les photos portent à confusion. Le manque d’équipement (vaisselle..) Bruyant (travaux à côté et simple vitrage) Humidité ++ dans le salon

Die zentrale Lage war gut. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war praktisch (3 Toiletten). Es waren einige elektronische Geräte vorhanden (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine).

Das WLAN funktionierte meist nicht. Der Fernseher war kaputt, teilweise fehlte es an Nachttischlampen. Die Geschirr-, Koch- und Besteckausstattung war unzureichend. Trotz angegebener Schallisolierung war es sehr laut in der Wohnung. (Baulärm, Straßenlärm etc.) Der Zustand der Sanitäranlagen war stark sanierungsbedürftig. Die Duschkabinen waren verschmutzt, teilweise defekt (Duschbrause, Tür). Auf diesbezügliche Nachrichten an die Vermieterin kam keinerlei Reaktion. Sie war weder telefonisch noch per Nachricht zu erreichen. Die Mängel scheinen aber schon zu länger zu bestehen, da diese bereits in einigen Bewertungen erwähnt wurden.
