Location is quite difficult

Czystość obiektu, bardzo dobre wyposażenie. Osobne łazienki dla każdego pokoju. Fajny duży taras z pięknym widokiem, oczywiście pomijając rudery pod obiektem. Myślę, że i to niedługo się zmieni sądząc po remontach. Blisko do stacji kolejowej i metra. Blisko też do centrum spacerem. Jeżeli utrzyma się taki stan i cena się nie zmieni, na pewno jeszcze skorzystamy.

Nieciekawa okolica i dojście do obiektu. Moim zdaniem ten pierwszy filmik z instrukcją dojścia do mieszkania, spokojnie można wykasować, gdyż zniechęca ze względu na niekomfortowy i niespecjalnie bezpieczny spacer. Jeżeli chodzi o hałas to bywało różnie. Słyszalny na pewno ruch z estakady nad rzeką i powyżej kolej. Przy zamkniętych oknach jest ok.

The house was cozy and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, it felt like a welcoming space.

The television was not working, showing a signal error and making it impossible to watch any channels. The balcony view also did not meet expectations, as the photos suggested a direct view of the bridge and river, but in reality the main view was of derelict buildings. Although it was possible to see the bridge, the focus ended up being on the ruins, which was not clear from the website images. Additionally, the location shown on Booking was incorrect, which made it very difficult to find the property and took us a long time. It was also situated in a neighborhood that felt a bit unsafe.

The actual flat is great. Spacious and comfortable, well equipped and with great views. It’s close to Campanha station which is a plus.

The location is terrible. Finding the place was a nightmare even for taxi drivers. Besides this it’s placed in a very hilly location, you have to endure walking on sloping dirt roads that can get slippery if raining. It’s very poorly lit so arriving at night makes everything even trickier. Lastly not much to do around the area, only a small handful of cafes. Overall if coming with small children I would definitely not recommend
