Heart of D. Pedro Apartments III

Le balcon est très agréable et l'emplacement de l'appartement est parfaitement situé pour des marcheurs voulant visiter Porto.

El apartamento es perfecto para una escapada a Oporto y tiene todo lo necesario para un fin de semana. Es muy espacioso y entra mucha luz natural durante las horas de sol. La cama es grande y cómoda. TV gigante.

Proximité des transports. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé.

Problème à l’arrivée. La porte d’entrée de l’appartement ne s’ouvre pas. Une personne est venue nous ouvrir et vérifier la wifi. Car la serrure connectée ne répondait plus.

Great location, quite, cozy and clean place. All you need is in the apartment, lots of restaurants nearby plus couple supermarkets.

The reason I put such a low mark is only one - broken water heater (boiler). At the day we arrived we were informed that it was broken and would be replaced just the day after (and another thing that cold water also didn't work without boiler - so no cold water as well). So it was first night without shower. The next day it was replaced quite fast but we came to the apartment late at night and realized that the heater didn't work the whole day (its electricity switcher was turned off). Of course we turned it on. I read on the internet that for that model it is about 3 hours to boil the water. So we waited for an hour or so (as we were told that in reality it might take less time to boil) but the water was still cold so we simply fell asleep. That was second night without shower. In the morning all was good but two days without hot water - I cannot recommend such experience to anyone🤷‍♂️I do understand that such thing does not happen often but it was an exception for us so I simply can't put a higher mark, with one night I wouldn't make the mark so low but two nights is just too much
