Marilia met us at the property (an easy 5 minute walk from Sao Bento metro station) and immediately made us feel very welcome. The apartment was very clean and comfortably stylish with everything we needed for a three night stay. Marilia also helpfully recommended a couple a restaurants which we tried out and they were both excellent. The first, called Torreao, is a social enterprise restaurant and the food and service were very high quality. The second, Trasca, is almost next door to the apartment and it was great to eat out at table in the street in the evening.

This is a central (and really convenient) location so there can be quite a lot of surrounding noise.

We were friendly received and able to check in somewhat later in the evening. Appartement is charming, clean and has everything for cooking and washing your clothes.

When using multiple devices (for example washing machine and heater) the power shuts down.

Perfect location in the city center, there is everything you need in the apartment, well equiped kitchen, everything was perfectly clean.

Everything was great! Marilia gave us the feeling that we were welcome guests:-) The hotel is located in a beautiful cozy center.
