La ubicación, en una calle cerca del centro pero tranquila. Y la distribución del apartamento. La escalera interior del edificio es muy bonita.

Se nota que es un apartamento reformado con gusto, pero hay que seguir haciendo un mantenimiento continuo. En algunas zonas como el aseo da mala impresión la dejadez en el mantenimiento.

No elevator in building, but OK if you don't need it.

Location was good and the overall look of the apartment.

The owner didn't reply on my second message. Couch was completely broken, old and dirty. Hangers missing in the bathroom. Found multiple hair in the apartment. Kitchen poorly equipped.

Location of the apartment was really good, near San Ildefonso's church, and a ten minute walk from the river. The kitchen was equipped with microwave oven, coffee machine, fridge, toaster and all the tableware or pottery needed. There was also flat TV and A/C. There was also a standard private bathroom with with basin, mirror, toilet and shower tray.

For starters, in a group of 4, only one set of keys is too little, I even asked for an extra set, but the host said no. The room is in a third floor, with no elevator, so to get there you need to be somehow fit. The sofa bed was just ok, maybe a little too hard, while the double bed's mattress wasn't really comfortable(no bed base of any kind, just an elevated wood structure, and what looked like a mattress with many years under its belt). Finally, if the sofa bed was always going to be open, we didn't have than many comfortable spots to seat, so we missed an extra armchair (there was only one, and it was great). The attention by the personnel that handed me the keys was good, they gave all the help that was needed.

Very good location at the historic centre.

The apartment is old and the bathroom needs renovation/shower seems dirty. Not so comfy sofa for sleep. A lot of noise Friday night from a bar nearby. Difficult to sleep at night because of the seagulls.
