Oporto Mezzanine - by ML Apartments

The location was fantastic, we could easily walk everywhere. The street always felt safe and was not noisy at night. We had everything we needed in the apartment, it was well equipped. There was enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids (they shared the sleeper couch). Loved the open space in the apartment and the big doors opening onto the street.

It's on the 4th floor (no lift) so make sure you are fit enough to climb with your luggage. It would have been nice to have a second set of keys, as we sometimes wanted to leave/return to the apartment at different times.

This place was ok, except for the one big complaint that you can read below.

The toilet did not work. We were there for 3 nights. The property manager made no attempt to help us with this - saying he couldn't get it fixed as it was New Year. This was outrageous, he did not check in with us over our stay, offered no help or compensation. It was disgusting and I would think a health and safety issue.

Location was excellent. Good value . Excellent air conditioning.

A little small for 4 people. The pullout couch was not very comfortable. There was toilet issues as the pump wasn’t working properly. We had to get a pot full of water from the kitchen sink to flush toilet. Even the shower had very little water pressure.

Terrible host. They ended up charging us extra fee that was not specified in the booking reservation.

the appartment blowed my mind. it’s so beautoful, cosy, georgeous, beautiful. Right in the city center but very quiet neighborhood. The appartment is on the top of the building. Miguel that welcomed us was very nice and gave us some recommendations. I would definitely come back to the same appartment. The appartment was very clean with very nice design. The bed is very comfortable. I can’t recommend it more🙂
