La cama muy cómoda, el tener secador, la cocina bien equipada y la ubicación.

Un segundo piso sin ascensor, poca insonorización del ruido de la calle, sobretodo cuando circulan los vehículos y el ruido por las noches de los vecinos del piso de la planta superior.

Emplacement incroyable, beauté des lieux, propreté, grandeur, équipement de l'appartement, en général (voir un point dans les éléments négatifs), la facilité d'accès à l'appartement (clés), il a été possible d'aller porter nos bagages, même si ce n'est pas un hôtel et que la chambre n'était pas encore prête pour nous.

Nous avons eu beaucoup de problème avec l'eau chaude. À chaque fois que je devais me laver les cheveux (et ils ne sont pas longs à laver), j'ai terminé ma douche à l'eau froide (la 2e fois, je n'ai pas eu le temps de mettre mon revitalisant). Ma fille a les cheveux longs, frisés et épais, c'était encore pire. Quand j'ai écrit à l'hôte, elle m'a répondu: The water is heated by a cylinder tank, which is large but does not have unlimited capacity. You need to wait for the water to heat up again, without using any hot water in the meantime, including in the kitchen. J'ai trouvé bizarre de me faire dire "does not have unlimited capacity", car je sais très bien qu'il n'y a aucun réservoir qui a une capacité illimitée. Nous avons eu ce problème pendant toute la durée du séjour et je n'ai pas osé récrire à ce sujet, mais c'est seulement à la fin du séjour que je lui ai dit (même si elle ne me l'avait pas demané) que le problème n'avait pas été réglé. Elle m'a dit qu'elle pensait que c'était entré dans l'ordre. Peut-être que ça aurait été pertinent qu'elle s'assure que le problème était réglé puisque je lui en avais parlé dès le jour où nous sommes arrivées.

Host was lovely and accommodating. Allowed us to check in early. When the keys were accidentally locked inside she helped sort it out. The location is great.

In the bathroom there is a sunken spot. The toilet seat is missing a screw so everytime you would sit it would move. The screw in the floor needs to be tightened. The hot water lasts about 20 minutes and then is cold. The drain needs to be cleaned in the shower since the water was starting to pool. The bed has some sort of crunchy material like a puppy pee pad on. I understand wanting to protect the furniture but it was annoying rolling over and hearing crunch. The stairs doing down are uneven in the apartment - on the first floor there is a little extra step. Others mentioned it was loud and it is really is at night. Make sure you have ear plugs. The WiFi is a bit slow and my phone kept trying to disconnect since it was slow. In the bathroom having more hooks for towels or clothes would be helpful.

Location, balcony, clean and cozy.

Bathroom faucet was sloppy loose as if tighten nut was broke. Parking can be expensive however if you time it right can park in front of apartment for free before 9am and after 6or7pm.

Siaurokas įėjimas į vonią. Vonioje degė tik viena lemputė ir buvo tamsu. Nuo gatvės buvo didelis triukšmas, tad naktį reikėjo miegoti uždarytais langais. Nepatiko plastikinės gėlės.
