The apartment was spacious and well furnished and equipped.

The booking rate was misleading as there was a significant extra charge for cleaning. Something I would normally expect to be part of the rental charge. There was also an inadequate supply of garbage bags. We were told we should buy our own or pay an extra €10 for additional supplies!

Great location. Very clean. Gorgeous place - somewhat rustic.

Kitchen ware needs to be updated. Only one kitchen towel. No cloth to wipe counters. Wifi spotty. Extra charges - no mention of $29 cleaning fee when booking. Extra charge $15 for early arrival. Extra charges for dishwasher tabs. Bathroom sink clogs.

The modern design of the apartment, and a lot of additional amenities (forks and knives make a difference). Also i do really appreciate the wonderful staff in the apartment. Very helpful and kind.

Some of the bedsheets were unfortunatelly not very clean. I understand that because many people come in and out. It would be otherwise 10/10 if only all the sheets were clean.

The property itself was very nice and tidy.

There is a hidden cleaning fee, which is not clear until after the non refundable booking time. The fee is €30, which on the day worked out to be $60 Australian dollars!! On the day, we then found out it was cash only and the host took me to a ATM to get cash out as they don’t accept card or bank transfer. The location is also very inconvenient if you want to spend most of your time in the city centre.

The staff was nice and explained everything. Even recommended a couple of restaurants to go.

They didn’t mention cleaning fee upfront. They only mentioned it after we had paid our non refundable stay. 29 euros for a 12 hours stay is ridiculous and needs to be paid by cash. We offered to clean ourselves but the cleaning list was extensive. We didn’t think we could get our money back even we tried to clean it plus the drains in bathroom were not working properly, we opted not to put our efforts.

The flat is very well decorated and bright. Transport connections are very good. There are shops nearby.

Very load occupants in the flat on the same floor. We could here them talking and laughing at 4am. Weird settings on the air conditioning unit which would go on at night by itself. Not enough space for cloths

Could not recommend this enough, it looks even better than the photos. TV has movie channels, good internet too. the kitchen is well equipped and the apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine, very handy for longer stays.
