Comfortable and quiet place.

A kettle is a must in cold weather. Boiling water in a saucepan is not very convenient.

Cleaning fee

Quiet location, near beach and lovely big park, close to metro. Plenty of amenities in apartment eg kitchen equipment, cleaning stuff. Felt very safe in location and apartment. Little balcony was added bonus in terms of evening drink .

I suppose the only issue was the hot plates/ hob was a bit temperamental . It was a touch one and a few times was unable to get it to start so boiling water was difficult . Maybe a small kettle would be better and maybe more energy efficient

We liked the old-style interior design, the high Ceiling and big windows. The apartment offers an nice balcony and a washing machine. The neighborhood is decent, relaxed and rarely frequented by tourists so that you dine and drink with the locals in great little restaurants and bars.

The equipment was incomplete and inconvenient: There was no dinner table and just a breakfast bar with 1 (!) chair. Also there was no tea kettle and no kitchen paper. We paid the cleaning fee of 25€ but had to take out the trash ourselves. Other providers don't ask for a fee and take the trash out for you. Additionally for our 3 night stay there were only 3 coffee-capsules, just 1 garbage bag and barely enough toilet paper.

Very nice Apartment, tastefully decorated, renovated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts are really friendly. We felt like at home :)

The walls towards the staircase are thin, you hear everyone coming up/down. Thankfully our neighbours were quiet though.

Watch as there are hidden cleaning fees for the booking, cost depending on the number of days you stay. These costs are written in the "Important information" page, are not shown at the time of booking and have to be paid in cash at check-in.
