We had a very poorly experience here. First of all, the kitchen doesn't have enough facilities, the bathroom is kind small and the bed could be more comfortable, especially when you see it is a apartment for 3 guests. The walls are also very thin. The check in when you have a car is not that easy because the remote for opening the gate stays inside the house. But the most complicated thing is the garage. When we arrived, the garage was unavailable because they were working in the gate. The garage is located in a very, very busy street, with no parking, so that caused a lot of stress. We had to wait in the car, in the middle of the street for 30 minutes. Three days there, no using the car and when we took the car after the check out, a surprise: someone damaged our rental car. I contacted the host and he send me an email adres where I could send the pictures that I made. In the meantime, I went to a supermarket to buy a wax that I could use to try to reduce the damage. I sent the pictures, after a couple days I received an answer and I asked a refund of less than 8 euros, since I had a full covered insurance. Almost two weeks ago and after asking for a refund, I did not receive an answer. The host can say he is not responsible for what happens in the garage but when you announce that you have a free parking, you are for sure responsible for what happens in there. So we lost time in our vacation, we had to deal with the insurance and with the company and they don't take any responsibility. I don't recommend this place, specially if you are using the garage.

Modern (within an old building), clean and very safe with good, guarded parking included nearby. (A very big deal in Porto!)

“Don’t like” is too strong a description. These are just helpful comments, not criticisms: The bed has one side against the wall (essential due to shape of room) and we found that inconvenient and a little uncomfortable. Not too long a walk to the action, but a major hard pull back up! But then an Uber is only about €5

Needs a new couch, it was very stained and the back was broken at one end. Not sure if it is worth replacing with a sofa bed, they are never that comfortable in either position.

If you want to stay in the city for 1 - 5 days, then this is the best option! Location - all the attractions of the city center are within walking distance. There is a parking lot (closed) - this is a big plus. Nearby are cafes, restaurants, supermarkets for every taste. The apartments have everything you need for your stay. The only small negative: noise from the street, but it didn't bother us. Special, big thanks to Olga, the employee who met us! It was not a formal handover of keys: she explained everything in detail, gave a lot of advice about what and how, and in what order to visit. This helped us a lot to make the best use of our time.

Location was great, we had easy access to all the main transport options. The apartment was perfect for a couple.

Maybe put some extra coffee in the apartment.
