Poor communication from property manager - never replied via WhatsApp and key was missing from lockbox upon my arrival

The fact that the AC controller doesn't really control the AC temperature options was a let down.. Besides that the house is a great place to stay if you want to spend the night. If I had to rate it I'd give it a 4/5.

Very nice and homely place, tidy, clean, very helpful owner, definetly recommend.

It was warm in cold weather. The shower was hot and had good pressure. But only enough hot water for one person. Refrigerator was very nice. Train, metro, bus station (all in one) was a five minute walk. I utilized one or more of all three forms on any given day. It was quiet. No road or neighbor noise.

It always felt like the gate lock was about to break. Needs lube or replaced. Bed had a good mattress but there was no headboard, so pillows fell off the bed at night. The kitchenette sink is tiny. Very difficult to wash dishes. The electric stove top could use some instructions. Difficult to make it work and even more difficult to turn off. No smoke or carbon monoxide detector . When locked, there is no way to get out of the room without the key. Leave your key in the lock when inside so your are no looking for the key in an emergency.

This is a health hassard. The bathroom has a lot of mold, the owner does not care. Do not rent this!
