Cleanliness in general, apartment is full of moisture covered by paint on the walls, bad air quality. The owner said that I should not throw toilet paper in the toilet after I defecate but to throw it in the trash bin next to toilet. Such a disgrace for 21st century...

the apartment was visibly dirty - there was a lot of HUMAN HAIR on the ground, and everywhere in the bathroom - shower, basin, toilet.. it looked like only the bed sheets were changed in terms of cleaning, and the rest was kept untouched

I like your neighbour she's very friendly! :) The place is quite far but it is still within walking distance, especially for young adults. There are plenty of restaurants as well nearby. So access for food is easy and the food is good too :D

Its a bit of hike. but not that the owner can do anything about it. So its totally not their fault!

The area where the accomodation is located is very unique, i personally like it. The accodomation has eveything you may expect.

Space. Good for one person, for 2 person they would need to be organized to enjoy the stay. Noisy. When is raining you feel the rain hitting some metallic (or plastic) panel outside and it is really noisy if you expect to get some rest, around 03:00am started to rain and woke me up a couple of times. Communication. Poor comunication with the host, when I made the booking the owner offered a phone number to contact him through whatsapp which didn't work, same with instagram, no answer. I had ants coming in the apartment and spoiled some food couldn't get in touch with the owner, I'm glad there were no issue with the key at arrival I would still be at the door waiting...

Very nice neighbourhood and comfortable apartment. We enjoyed our stay there a lot!
