De uitstekende locatie met prive parkeerplaats, supermarkt en leuke eettentjes op 5 minuten lopen. Fijn contact met de medewerkers van VIVA.

De herrie op straat ivm werkzaamheden voor de aanleg vd metro direct voor de deur, begon al vrij vroeg in de ochtend.

Los mendigos en la puerta del portal de entrada. Y el olor al entrar en principio no me acostumbro pero después si. No se exactamente a que huele pero hay alojamientos que al entrar huelen mejor.

Ha sido una estupenda e inmejorable atención, por parte de María, creo; en todo momento nos atendía por SMS; durante el largo trayecto hacia el apartamento. Un super 10; es lo que puedo decir. Nos permitieron, dejar las maletas, y el coche, para poder almorzar, mientras hacían posteriormente; la limpieza. La ubicación es fantástica, y más; cuando terminen con la eterna obra del metro.

No se ha querido molestar, después de la atención recibida. Por eso, no hemos dicho nada, de la falta de microondas y de cafetera italiana, para el café expresó. Nos arreglamos con la Delta de cápsulas. Nos dimos cuenta el último día; donde estaban los productos de limpieza. Nos tocó la habitación secundaria, y ha sido un sofá cama en habitación estrecha. Colchones algo incómodos, pero han sido dos noches. Si fuesen más días; me lo pensaría. Aparcamiento estrecho, e incómodo para coches grandes; tenía que haber alquilado uno más pequeño.

Shower drains are blocked in both bathrooms. Remote for parking garage is broken and almost impossible to operate

The apartment was really nice and the location was excellent for exploring Porto. It was clean and had really good amenities e,g washing machine, dishwasher and wide selection of utensils. The beds were very comfortable too!

In the apartment the hot water tank was not really big enough to support 4 adults - 2 short hot showers and the hot water was finished. It would also have been useful to have some short instructions on how to use the AC/heating units. However the biggest issue was the building site outside. When we booked it looked like the apartment was overlooking a small park which was ideal. However, the park was closed because they were building a new Metro station there. It was noisy during day and they worked at night. Our first night there was interrupted by the constant beeping of vehicles reversing. On the last night (Tuesday) there were cement mixers and other trucks arriving and working through the night. If we had known this beforehand we would NOT have booked the apartment.
