Location and parking. And the quality of beds and bed linens

Amenities and location were nice. Clean, spacious and modern. Parking garage spot was a plus. Liked having a washing machine that also had a clothes dryer.

The drains in both showers were clogged. Problem was resolved by third day of stay.

Great space for a family of four. Well equipped and clean with modern decor. Loved the little nook to watch the world go by.. Close proximity to cafes/restaurants and supermarkets. Fairly easy walk to pretty much every where.

We chose this location for easy access with hire car through city, however roadworks EVERYWHERE, made it challenging. In person check in not ideal if your arrival time is not certain.

The niche next to the window is very nice for reading and morning coffee. The location is close to the city center. The was very kind, helpful and responsive, met us late in the evening to hand the keys and even helped to get some fruit.

Outside of the window there is metro station construction place until July 2025. Heavy machines beeping all the time, day and night. Shower has mold, (look at the pictures). The wall has marks, no one care to clean it up. One sink was clogged, couldn't make it without the second. The place look all and like it needs a maintenance. Some accessoires are just cheap and no aestethic: soap dispenser, trash bin. Overall, this place is definitely not premium and overpriced. I regret my decision to stay at this place.

The host was very responsive and communication was very smooth throughout. We were also provided with a huge list of tips and recommendations of things to do/see and places to eat. We arrived 2 hours before check-in time hoping to store our luggage and Maria met us at the apartment, handed us the keys and we could check-in early.

Location is a little outside the center, about 20-30 mins walk. Thankfully, it was convenient with Uber/taxi. Construction of a new metro in front of the apartment meant that it was very noisy from early morning to late evening. There was also a homeless man with two of his dogs outside the entrance which didn’t feel very safe. The dogs were also barking a lot during the night. The second room was a pull out double bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. The sink and shower area were clogged. The hinge of the door to the washing machine was broken, and couldn’t open properly.

Beautiful place and location was good, good furnitured, walking distance to town.

Very loud in the evening, as there were some homeless housing with dogs infront of the entry in the evening and talking all night and the dogs were barking, can hear everthing in the bedrooms. But they were otherwise friendly.

The apt. is beautiful and well equipped for a family with the comforts of a washer/dryer, dishwasher , plenty of room, Netflix , 2 bathrooms, and stylish decor . The interior is truly wonderful, and the garage is a special bonus. Maria was very kind and patient.

The apt. is situated in front of a construction site, which is very noisy and won't allow to open the windows or step out to the balcony. This construction goes on early in the morning and late into the evening. The part we struggled with most though was that the apt. has homeless people with dogs living on the stairs in the entrance to the building. Traveling with a family this felt unsafe and we asked to shorten our stay due to the circumstances , unfortunately the owner did not allow for this which was disappointing since the idea of a vacation with children does not include stepping over homeless people .
