Posizione molto centrale sul "Plateau", che è il centro di Praia di Santiago. Proprietaria la signora Fernanda, molto disponibile e prodiga di consigli su posti da vedere, ristoranti e altro. Praticamente a 50 metri dagli uffici di Interilhas, la compagnia di traghetti, il che non guasta... .

Il bagno, suddiviso in 2 locali, presenta i segni del tempo, soprattutto nel rivestimento e nel soffitto della doccia. Particolari le 2 porte scorrevoli che permettono di avere una totale oscurità nella camera, ma che con il vento fanno un certo rumore.
