We had easy communication with the host Fernanda and were warmly welcomed by her husband. We enjoyed the very central location in a more quiet street, within walking distance of most sights, restaurants and cafés The accommodation is comfy, spacious and well equipped. Be aware there is not a real window but enough light coming from the glass above the door and above the shower

Fernanda and Gian-Franco were amazing hosts, always available and kind. The location is perfect, right behind the Presidential palace and nearby shops and restaurants, which definitely made the area feel much safer throughout the day and night. The ground floor apartment was spacious.

The flat was soooo well equipped. The kitchen had literally everything in it! And there is a washing machine, iron and board,… you name it! We also liked the decor, it felt really homely eventhough we only stayed for one night. Fernanda wasn’t around when we were but had told us so beforehand and her husband was suuuper nice, accommodating, friendly and responsive. We were able to leave our luggage until we took the ferry in the afternoon which was so helpful! The flat was also spotlessly clean. All in all, absolutely recommend staying!

Warm welcome from the proprietors, the studio was very clean, fresh towels, air con, and really nice room. I think one of the best in Santiago island - if not the best for cleanliness, comfort and facilities.

Only one small thing - I like a hot hot shower however the shower got warm, yet this is more than understandable.

It is a whole appartement, which is nice. The airconditioning in the bedroom is very nice, absolutely a must. There was a kitchen with a fridge, they already putted in a bottle of water before we arrived. This was very helpful, because we arrived in the night, so we couldn’t buy a bottle of water anywhere else.

We didn’t see anyone of the accomodation during our stay. That’s why we didn’t get any information about what was possible to do in the area. After we called and texted, the owners where very helpfull.
