Great location, and great staff. The guy who looks after the room is super helpful and friendly. The owner of the place is also very accommodating, she allowed us to stay beyond check-out time due to some issues we had that delayed us, and also checked in on us by phone to ensure we didn't have any issues. The place itself is very nice, great value for money. The location is great too, with a lot of restaurants within walking distance, as well as close proximity to the park. Busses and the metro are also very close.

OUTSTANDING Vacation Apartment: Central Location, Safe area, Secured building and entry system, Modern comforts of a home, Immaculately clean. It's located in the Carolina Business District of Quito, just a skip and ahop to Jardin Carolina (a very nicely designed urban park). There are lots of bars/eateries/cafes/restaurants around as well as shopping centers and supermarkets. It is JUST A BLOCK TO ECUADOR'S PREMIER CHOCOLATIER, the Republica del Cacao. It is also EASILY ACCESSIBLE TO QUITO'S FAMED WORLD-RANKED RESTAURANTS, namely, + NUEMA, one of the World's Top 100 Best Restaurants in the World, and + URKO and QUITU, two of the 50 Best Discovery Restaurants. Very comfy beds in 2 Bedrooms with more than ample closets. Two well supplied baths, well equipped galley kitchen, and comfy seating-dining area. Strong WiFi. Access to heated pool. The host and property manager are very amiable. The host is particularly responsive to WhatsApp text and phone calls before and during the stay. Thank you :-) :-) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Everything was amazing. Very nice apartment, the location was perfect.

The payment method was a little complicated, because they o my accepted cash and coordinating the payment was a hustle.
