Location, ease of communication, staff which includes security guards, administration, building maintenance man Jairo who is absolutely amazing. The owner is great in so many ways, friendly, accommodating where she can be. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE DUVETS IN THE NON-MASTER BEDROOM.

"Communication is easy with the host"

Quality of sleep is exactly what I needed. And add on the kind and friendly staff, location to the Quicentro Shopping Center/Mall if we want to go shopping, restaurant options, park for walking if we wanted to get some steps in or go for a stroll and the ease of access to medical centers.

I guess that when the pool facility is closed there is no access to the terrace but is not a deal breaker.
