Lokalizację! Dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Niestety było parę rzeczy które mi się nie podobały: - w mieszkaniu nie było czysto - mieszkanie było w suterenie - w sumie to nie problem ale wydaje mi się że nie było o tym mowy w ogłoszeniu - koło wejścia był wywietrznik wentylacji z którego normalnie śmierdziało. Dodatkowo w korytarzu prowadzącym do wejścia nie było światła a blisko drzwi był próg. - sprzęty w mieszkaniu były stare, niemniej działały

Близко к базар, вокзал и центр.

Кровать и диван старый, грязный не комфортный! Отсутствие гигиены! Сырость и не приятный запах!
