Riverside Promenade apartment M

The location of the apartments is okay, but the nearest store is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is of normal size, good Wi-Fi.

The apartment is very dirty, even the fridge and microwave are very dirty, the door handles are falling off, the front door is in terrible condition, in general the apartment is in terrible condition. Of course, this is a pretty cheap place, but at least I would like to have clean apartments. There is no way for two people to wash themselves because there is only enough warm water for one shower. The water is warm, then cold, then hot, it is impossible to take a normal shower. The smell in the apartment and building is something very interesting, it is impossible to live with the windows closed, and with the windows open it is too cold. But again, it was cheap, you could live with many problems, but the apartment is dirty and falling apart and that's the biggest annoyance

The entrance stinked, poor cleaning service, the building was old. The apartment is underground, so you can see car just above you.

The facilities were old, needed to be replaced. The apartment needs renovation

Very good location nearby old town ant the market. Reasonable price.

Apartment was not so clean. There were too many spiders. Had to kill some before sleep. Apartment is located in the plinth floor (lower than ground floor) so it’s quite dark inside. Beds were not comfortable as well. The shower requires some repair. In overall apartment requires repair. Apartment’s fotos looks better than it is in real. Shame haven’t took any.
