Location was amazing, right in the heart of Siena. Perfect for a short stay. Friendly and helpful staff welcoming us to the apartment.

The shower did not work.

"Good location"

Location was great. And we were able to drop off our luggage early.

No hot water in basin. Shower was a dribble, very poor. Only one bathroom for four people.

Spacious. Kitchen good with all we needed. The young man who met us was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Controller in shower did not work well. It was necessary to hold it with one hand to stop it dropping down at which point the shower would switch off. The water spout above head height did not work. Hot water tap in bathroom sink did not work. Fortunately it did work in the little room next to the bathroom. The shower problem was borderline unacceptable but we managed.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare nella struttura, il getto acqua della doccia ed il suo controllo

"Sconsigliato a chi ha bambini piccoli e Prezzo sproporzionato."

La posizione è ottima, su piazza del Campo.

La pulizia anzitutto, purtroppo avendo una compagna incinta ed una bambina di 1 anno, tale aspetto non può esser trascurato. Inoltre non è scritto da nessuna parte che per arrivare all'appartamento bisogna superare tre rampe di scale. I servizi son stati pessimi: è stata fornita solo qualche saponetta e nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua. Mi dispiace ma per il prezzo pagato il soggiorno è stato molto deludente.
