the location of this place was unbeatable and everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and thought out. everything was beautiful, all appliances were new, and the wifi was super fast. the apartment itself was truly wonderful and great value for what we paid.

i hate that i have anything bad to stay because until check-out we had absolutely no issues and i would have rated this a 10, but this is a safety issue for any women traveling. we were told that we had to check out at 11 and then at 10:30 a new guest opened the door with a key. as three women traveling this was startling. I do believe it was just some kind of miscommunication about timing, but when I brought this to the attention of the apartment manager they said they did not tell us a 11 check out time but instead 10 and did not apologize at all or show any concern that a random man was able to open the apartment that three women were staying in. It also doesn't quite make sense why someone else would be checking in with a key when the apartment had not been cleaned or anything from our stay beforehand.

Really cool, clean and comfortable place. We loved the location right at the piazza del campo. The manager contacted me right away after booking through whatapp to arrange a meeting for keys. She was super nice.

Loved the location!! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Comfy bed, lovely hot water! Very quiet despite being right on Piazza del Campo. Everything was really great.

Tiny thing, but would be lovely to have shower gel, shampoo etc. it’s just one of the little things that makes a house a home away from home.

This is a clean apartment, quite spacious by European standards and the location can’t be beat.

We found it a little frustrating trying to get information from the management company. The response was sometimes slow so we found it easier to walk to the office to get info regarding how to deal with the garbage, for example. Staff are friendly and helpful. Perhaps how What’s App messages and booking.com messages are monitored needs to be reviewed.

Good communication with the chap bringing the key, he was exactly on time and did advise us on parking (use Parcheggio Stadio at Viale dei Mille 3) and activities (we would definitely have missed the early training for the Palio at 6AM). The location is the big asset. It is right on the Piazzo del Campo. You enter through a door which (in Palio-times) is behind the boarding of the San Martino curve and, outside of these fabulous days, directly on the Campo. A grand inner court with staircase brings you to the apartment on the first floor. Your neighbor is the Palazzo Pubblico. The facilities are great, everything is refurbished in style & modern. The big round bed is comfortable (we didn't use the fold-out bed). Good shower in a big bathroom. Thanks hosts!

There are only windows facing small inner courts so once inside you don't notice the location but that's also clear in the pictures on the web, so no surprises here...

This is a modern, stylish suite/apartment located in one of Italy's most beautiful squares: stepping out of the front door and into Piazza del Campo feels just like magic. All of Siena's main attractions are literally within a 10 walk. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the air conditioning and the WiFi both work properly. Customer service is also superb. Absolutely wonderful all around.

The lock to the from door is a bit temperamental and at first we did not manage to work it. But, when we called around 19:30 to report the problem, a super friendly and helpful lady took a 45 minute trip into town and met us at the front door to show us how to work the lock's magic. This is a superb level of customer care.
