High level and narrow stairs for moving larger luggage - I accept that this is not fully the host's mistake.

The sink wasn't in the best situation, a repair is needed

The room and facilities were clean and it was easy enough to check in and get to the property.

This was my second stay at this place also exactly the same room. First some of neighbours were extremely loud even at 2/3 o’clock at night which made resting after travelling 3000 km really hard. I was woken up multiple times throughout the whole night. Fair enough it’s not the managements fault but nevertheless it was too much to handle. Secondly, after this rough night we experienced a cleaning lady trying to get in the room at around 9:30. She didn’t knock or anything just very toughly tried to open the door and woke us up. While we were getting ready a bit later at exactly 10:20 another woman (I assume a manager) comes in knocking and very bluntly and rudely asks when are we leaving. I told her that we have the room till 11 o’clock so it definitely wouldn’t be after that time and not to worry. To this she proceeds to explain that they need to get the room ready for the next guests so I should tell her exactly how long before check out. I travel a lot and this was a behaviour I have never experienced before.

Great central location right at the Womens' market. Very clean and good price for location. Good for a short stay if you plan to be out exploring the city most of the time.

Stairs to get up to the last floor were a bit challenging for luggage - very steep.

Being close to the city center was really a million points. The host answered almost immediately for a problem with the shower.

From the outside, the neighbourhood was not safe. Strangely it was not mentioned in previous reviews, but coming back home after dinner by yourself is not a good idea (There are dodgy people around at night that come up to you and shout and a heavy police presence). Unfortunately infestation of cockroaches near the stairs going up to the apartments. The inside of the house was not clean, hair and stains on cushions and blankets. There is a lack of cleanliness as there is an infestation of carpet beetle larvae in the sleeping area and also in the bathroom.

We had everything we needed, even though it is small it feels comfortable and we loved the bed, the location is central and close to the big market.

The shower has some problems but nothing bigger

- Nice room with fridge, kettle, air conditioning and TV. - The bed was comfortable, Wifi fast enough. - Not far from the center, metro station and bus station. - It is a budget accommodation, it has its issues but I believe it can worth the price for a few days

- No space for shower, however a broom is provided to clean up the water on the floor (at least during summer it dries quickly) - Bright curtain, an extra dark curtain would be nice to have - The neighborhood looks shady but I saw a lot of Police around - Steep and narrow stairs to reach the room on the last floor - it should be taken into account

Convenient place close to the center and 30 minutes from bus station

Noisy outside also during the night, shower didn’t work well, and as it was the last floor, it was hot inside but A/C worked well
