Location was great, 15 minutes walk to the city center, but a bit of a crappy neighbourhood to go through as a woman at night

Uncomfortable bed, you can hear everything through the walls, after showering the whole floor is absolutely soaking wet, you have to buy your own toilet paper, smell coming from the pipes was horrid.

Convenient location right in the city centre, with easy access to everything. Our host was most incredible and accommodating to all our requirements. Will be looking forward to returning to this place during the next trip to Sofia.

They were so helpful, they accept my early check-in. I checked in as soon as they clean the room and didn't had to wait until 15.00. The room was so clean and bed was comfortable. It is in very good location, it's 10 mins to center and 15 mins to central bus station by walk.

The location was good, price very good. Bed was comfortable enough. Check in was very easy.

The bin in the bathroom had no liner. The TV remote's batteries were dead. The shower is a wet room so if you take one prepare to have wet feet every time you enter the bathroom for the remainder of the day. A little mat to dry your feet would make it a bit better. The walls are paper thin so prepare to hear music and talking at night.

The room is nice and got everything you need. The bathroom is ok even if it is weird not to have a shower box

There is a horrible smell in the bathroom . It is a sewage problem as the the bathroom was clean. If the window is kept close the smell starts getting into the bedroom too. Not a big issue but there is TV but only few channels and only in Bulgarian. Kinda useless if you don't speak the language.

The bed is rather small for two obese people.
