Lokalizacją blisko metra, tani i szybki transport do centrum i nie tylko. Apartament dobrze wygłuszony lub nie mieliśmy sąsiadów dookoła. Blok ogólnie mało zamieszkany jakby jeszcze się budował a tak nie jest. Cenowo zdecydowanie przystępny, a widok z okna w naszym przypadku z 11 piętra był super. Mogła by być tylko lekko lepsza zastawa kuchenna ale ogólnie bardzo spoko.
