Brand new and modern apartment directly next to the metro station

Грязно, волосы в ванной от предыдущих постояльцев, очень сильно воняет сигаретами, хотя есть табличка, что курить запрещено. Плохо убирают, под диваном, который так и не удалось разложить, чтобы лечь спать, так как он был сломан, нашли окурок. Наличие ползающего таракана усугубило положение 😭 Я была с ребенком и ему пришлось спать на воняющем сигаретами диване, который не удалось разложить.

It’s my third stay at this place, previous had been 2 years ago. What I liked about the place: - Clean, cheap, close to the station (just one metro stop away), and right next to the metro exit. - There’s a new key pick-up system with a coded lockbox — much more reliable than before. - The host, Jana, is still friendly and helpful.

- Still no air conditioning after all these years — it gets hot and stuffy, and if you keep the windows open there’s noise from the street. - In the two years since my last stay, the apartment has worn down a bit — you can see the floors were water-damaged and are now slightly warped. - Saw a couple of small cockroaches in the bathroom. - Missing a doormat at the entrance and a bath mat outside the bathroom — otherwise you end up walking on the floor with wet feet. - The building entrance isn’t maintained; it feels neglected, as if there’s no residents’ association taking care of it.

Exceptional price per night Overall it's kept pretty clean. It's spacious enough for a 2 person stay. The location is convenient considering there's all kinds of public transport nearby in no more than 3 min walk. Basic necessities for personal needs are met - comfy bed, wardrobe, capsule coffee machine, clean bathroom/shower, hot water, electric stove, dishes and utensils, fridge with freezer, internet.

No air conditioner as of this time so summer stays might be a bit sweaty. Might have missed it, but no active ventilation in bathroom/shower. The couch should be more thoroughly cleaned. No desk.
