Хорошее соотношение цена-качество. В квартире было многое необходимое

Повторно пользоваться услугами этого объекта не стал. Время заселения, на улице дождь, мы стоим у дома с ребёнком, а персонал молчит что в WhatsApp, что на букинге - ни инструкции как заселиться, ни информации к кому обратиться. Спустя только 40 минут мы получили сообщение. Почему нельзя было выслать инструкцию раньше или хотя бы предупредить? Тем более я предупредил о времени прибытия заранее. При выселении тоже самое, в инструкции значится оставить ключи в сейфе, но пароль уже был поменян. Это мой первый опыт когда возникли такие проблемы при бесконтактном заселении
