"Poor"

The view are nice, staff is fast response. We asked him to change blanket and pillow cover, he is fast respond and bring some necessary clean one. When asking for early check in, it is allowed.

The kitchen is smelly and utensils are dusty, the bed has stains and a lot of hair on the pillows, toilet is broken. It looks like the apartment is not cleaned. Parking is outside the gated area (which is extreamly not conformable if you have luggages). The hot water is based on boiler (and it is run out faster than normal boiler). The review doesn't meet expectation, it is overrated.

"Fantastic view in well located apartment on outskirts of city centre, with free secure parking space."

Amazing view, sun sets directly in front of apartment, big windows, beautiful. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Kitchen with oven and stove top. Washing machine. Secure parking space. Quiet, peaceful. Warm. Large clean bathroom. Host always available and friendly. Easy entry via key box.

Slightly far from centre but well located for public transport.
