Everything was perfect with the place. The flat has all necessary equipment. Bačvice is a lovely and calm residential neighbourhood, 10 min. walk from the old town and even closer to city beach. The host was very helpful with local informations, and where to eat etc. I will definitely come back.

"Perfect stay, nothing to fault"

One of the best short-term rentals I’ve ever stayed at! Walkable distance to Old town, the Riva, the bus station and the ferry port. The apartment was clean and equipped with the most modern appliances. It has well-defined areas. Literally nothing was missing to make my stay comfortable. The hosts, Tomo & Mia, were helpful and provided tons of tips and recommendations. I would stay there again in a heartbeat 😀

10-15 мин до песочного пляжа.15-20 мин до старого города, автовокзала, порта.В квартире все необходимое для проживания, отличная бытовая техника, красивая посуда, буклеты и карты для туристов.Все сделано со вкусом!Здесь реально заботятся о туристах!Такое впечатление, что хозяева уехали в отпуск, а нас попросили пожить и присмотреть за кошкой😁Нам было комфортно, как дома!Спасибо, Томо и Миа!

"Een heerlijk appartement in een rustige wijk."

Een heel fijn appartementje, van alle gemakken voorzien. Duidelijk met veel zorg ingericht. Het ligt in een rustige en veilige wijk, vlakbij het oude centrum. Alles is op loopafstand. Het heeft een fijn balkonnetje. Perfect voor een stel. Parkeren in de straat/buurt is gratis. Soms even zoeken naar een plekje, maar dat lukt altijd wel. De eigenaars zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Voor ons totaal geen probleem, maar je moet wel de trap op naar de vierde verdieping. De eigenaar bood zelfs aan om de koffers te dragen, maar nogmaals, voor ons geen probleem.

"Séjour agréable à Split"

Appartement propre,spacieux et bien équipé (électroménager Bosh) Literie confortable et endroit calme.On a apprécié le petit balcon pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Notre hôte, très sympathique et disponible,nous a donné plein d informations pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour

Le quartier ne répondait pas pleinement à mes attentes mais la ville est a seulement 10 minutes a pieds
