From the start the hosts, Tomo and Mia, were amazing - very friendly, communicative, and the perfect! The apartment was immaculate and beautifully furnished, in addition to being well equipped to make for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. Truly like a home away from home! The location was in a safe and quiet part of town just a nice short walk to the beach, shops, the ferry port, and Old Town. Everything was just a few minutes away. Couldn’t ask for more except to stay longer!😊 Totally would recommend and would love to stay again!

Absolutely nothing!

We had a wonderful time at this apartment! The location was fantastic—just a 10-15 minute walk to the city center and only about 5-10 minutes to the beach, which made everything super convenient. We were also allowed to drop off our luggage before check-in, which was really convenient and saved us from having to carry it around. The apartment had everything we needed: a washing machine, an iron, a well-equipped kitchen with spices, and plenty of comfortable space. There was a large double bed and a sofa bed, which was perfect for our group. The communication with the host was excellent—they were always responsive and helpful. The only minor downside was that check-out was at 10 AM, and the cleaning staff arrived at 9:30 AM, which felt a bit rushed. However, it didn't affect the overall quality of our stay, and we still enjoyed everything very much!

The apartment was very much like a home away from home, very modern and comfortable. It was an easy walk from the ferry terminal and in a quiet location, just a short walk from Old Town. The hosts responded immediately to any questions and provided helpful information about activities in and around Split.

The Appartment ist located short Walking distance of 10 minutes from Split Old Town and located short Walking way from the Central Split Bus Station. It was very Clean and Filly and with all the Equipment, that make your stay very comfortable. Tomo was very friendly and welcomed us with all the best tips to find near by supermarket. He provided us every day with some excellent tips for travelling and good Restaurants in splits. Tomo really took care that we will have a pleasant stay in Split and was like good local friend. I will defentley Very happy to book the Appartment again by my next visit in Split.

Tomo was very helpful and hand on in terms of arrival.and check in. This is sth that unfortunately becomes more and more automated through self check in etc and although useful , human contact and connection is a vital part of travelling I think Otherwise the apartment is well cared for, has all the amenities for a few days and it's also pretty close to the city centre. Parking was available on the street, you might need some luck to get a spot but it's doable and Tomo is willing to help and guide you. The price was fair however not sure how things are during high season in terms of value for money. Overall well done Tomo and Mia!

Just for other people's information more than anything that the apartment is on the fourth floor as it's already pointed out and people with mobility issues might have challenges. However, Tomo is very keen to help with luggage etc so keep that in mind also! For us it was no problem at all. Potentially a point to consider if budget allows is having a heating unit in the bedroom for winter months although for us the temp in March was fine with the A/C in the living room which within 2-3 hours dried and reasonably warmed the atmosphere.
