The view was good, i would stay there again if i was in Split

Good property, well located, host very helpful with information. Very clean, car parking available

Access corridor lights weren’t working. Construction work around the property made access a bit difficult Only one bathroom combined toilet No lift ( difficult with luggage bags)

We could find anything we needed in the appartement. There was just an airco in the appartement, it needed time to get all rooms cool and the first night we coudn't sleep well due the high temprature in bedroom. My suggestion to the host is to turn on the airco at least an hour of two hours before guest arriving.

ALERT! Alert! Alert! We did not like anything about this property. The apartment has major water problem, no/veryslow water in toilet bathroom. We were 5 and had major trouble. No tissue paper in bathroom when we checkedin. Also the dishwasher was full of used unclean plates from previous guests and it got full of dirty water. The sofa was very old and also all the towels were very old like washed 1000 times. In addition to stay chaos, the beaches nearby are closed for long term construction so useless. And many many many mosquitoes. Stay away from this heavily priced but worthless bullshit property for such a huge price but mental trauma with no water.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything you need, incl. Comfortable beds, air condition, etc.

The water pressure in the shower and bathroom in general is very low, which makes a proper shower almost impossible. Znjan is currently under a lot of construction, which makes the area noisy, harder to reach (many roadblocks), and dusty.
