Studio Apartment CONTE Split

The owner was reactive and helpful. Self check-in was easy. It is overall good value for money.

Parking is hard to find even with the indications, the spots are mostly taken upon arrival in late afternoon.. The floor was not perfectly clean and some dirt layer on furniture but the bedding seemed clean. There's no range hood in the kitchen which make it easily smoky.

Having a nearby supermarket and bars

Too far from the centre and the kitchen not allowing us to cook, ruining money for fish

20-30 min walking to the center, close to bakery and super market

The A/C needs some maintenance as it wasn’t cold even in the lowest temperature.

great location in the city center, fantastic beds, great comfort. check-in was very easy. would use again if ever in Zagreb

the aircon was a bit weird during the night it was switching off and i could not turn it on no matter how much i tried. sound proofing was not amazing

There's a store just down the road and the city centre is about 20 minutes walking distance away. The apartment is clean and all the necessities are there. The owner is also very friendly. AC kept the room cool even in +30 heat

Unfortunately the apartment is on a bit busy street, so there's quite some people passing by/some noise. But if you close the windows and blinds you barely hear anything. It didn't disturb our sleep
