Studio Apartment CONTE Split

Location was good, overall the place had the necessities to spend the night, but the place is small.

The bed was quite hard with some springs touching and the kitchen only had the minimum necessities, fridge was tiny. Outside noise is heard quite well at night.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Perfect location - only a short bus to the main square and beach. Places to eat and sit for a drink in the area at a great price. Great apartment size, great value, very clean, and had all the facilities needed for a short today. Toni even was able to accommodate our early arrival which was very much appreciated!

The flat is fully equipped - maybe the most equipped one we've ever met (many different utensils, first aid kit, thread with a needle, shower gel & shampoo, etc.). There are clothes dryers inside and outside the flat. All is quite clean and good-looking. There is a shop just around the corner. You'll need to walk about 15 min to reach the city centre. Or you can use a bus (bus stop is very close to the flat). Air conditioner works well.

Cleaning of the washing powder tray in the washing machine is required (of course this should be maintained by the other guests as well)

I had everything I needed. From the washing machine, iron, kitchen, mini fridge, air-conditioning to having plenty of space which made my stay very comfortable. The owner was very welcoming and polite.

There was nothing about the accommodation I didn't like.

This apartment was beautiful, super clean, very comfortable. It is a reasonable walking distance to enjoy all Split has to offer. We had perfect parking accommodations nearby. The shower is fantastic! The owners are very nice and helpful, with great communication! Everything you need for a very pleasant and convenient stay.

It's a very well maintained studio apartment good for 2 people, all the amenities are available AC, Fridge, Iron, Washing machine, wifi, TV and more. 500 meters from Joker mall and bus transportation is very nearby. Would recommend this apartment for 2 people.
