Очень удобное расположение. Просторный номер. Чисто. Была в апреле - в номере тепло и комфортно. Единственное, небольшие нюансы, которые если скорректировать - будет 10/10, а так ставлю 9/10

Great location, flat had more-or-less everything one needs for a comfortable short stay, decent wifi, and the flat-screen tv plugged in nicely for me to use as a monitor to rehearse course I came to Riga to teach. Excellent price-to-quality ratio.

It's not a big deal, but the place can use a little freshening - there's a big scratch in the painting, for instance. The bed wasn't super comfortable, and the room was street-facing (across from a nightclub) rather than courtyard-facing as indicated in the listing, making it difficult to regulate the temperature on the weekends. But this place was comparable to the other studio apartments I've rented in Riga at a decent price and a great location

Tie, kurie mėgsta ramų miegą ir negali užmigti, kai aplink vyksta veiksmas, šio buto tikrai neįvertins. Dvi naktis iš eilės buvo triukšminga – net uždarius langus, girdėjosi visi žmonių balsai, o jokios garso izoliacijos praktiškai nėra. Teko keltis naktį ir raminti girtus asmenis. Be to, pro langus sklinda didelis šaltis, tarsi jie būtų kiauri.
