Lab1 House

We stayed with friends in Riga for two nights, and we were thoroughly impressed with the apartment. It was very well equipped, warm, clean, and exceptionally comfortable. The cosy atmosphere made it feel like home, and the quiet, safe area was perfect for a stay. It was better than we expected in every way! The owner was very responsive, answering our questions quickly, and the app-based lock system was easy to use. I would highly recommend this apartment!

Great location, nice facilities in the house. Perfect for a family stay.

The apartment was very clean, tastefully furnished and cosy. There was also one parking place for the car in the yard, which was great. Keys worked with app, which was nice as the reaching time was not so important then. Quite near (I think approximately 200m) was really big children playground which we really enjoyed.

In the children room the bunk bed creaked a little bit (luckily they were not disturbed of that).

It was very clean and nicely decorated. Spacious for a group of 6. The location was nice

The bunk beds were noisy, one of us could not sleep properly. Bathroom upstairs did not have the ventilation, it stank sometimes after use.
