Lab1 House

The place is very pretty inside, the interior is modern and everything looks new. Location is good, nearby is convenience store, playground, cafés, park. The street itself is quite. The owner was super kind and responsive, it was easy to reach them and seek for help. Thank you!

We had few troubles with the app for the keys. It worked but you have to get used to it. I like the traditional keys more. Practically you're not getting home if your phone battery dies. The neighbourhood seems sketchy (drunk neighbours) but luckily nothing happened. We managed to enjoy our stay.

There was spacious apartment. New furniture. It had conditionair, dishes, towels, hair dryer.

The apartment was in the basement of an old house. It smelled of dampness and mold. No heating, opening windows did not help. In another part of the house lived an old lady who smoked by our windows. There were also too many instructions on how to get to the apartment - the host sent a lot of videos on how to get there, then we had to download an app, create an account, etc.

Stayed with husband and three teenaged kids. The apartment had enough space and everything we needed for a short stay. It was nice to have a parking spot right next to the front door in a gated courtyard. The location was great, communication with the host was excellent.
