Amazing location!! beautifully redone apartment with 2 full bathrooms!! delightful host and everything anyone visiting could want!

just a heads up about the steep stairs and the need for some quiet in the common hallway with shared apartments. I hope our noisy family didn’t disturb anyone too much!

Lovely apartment in the middle of Split palace, we were picked up at the airport by the property owner, he took us to the flat showed us around and made us feel welcome and check in super easy!

This is a clean and modern apartment. It is located with the walls of Diocletian’s palace, but in the more remote North East corner of the palace. The advantage of this is you don’t have to put up with the noise, but you are a short walk from almost anything. The other advantage is that you are only a short walk from a street where a taxi can pick you up. There is a full and well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The living area is comfortable, open to the kitchen area, so it makes for a nice experience. Being an old building with thick stone walls, the windows are small. Shutters are used for privacy, which makes the room dark. But opening the shutters lets quite a bit of light in. Beds are medium firmness. Overall, a great experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Split.

Communications with the property were poor prior to checking in. We arrived at the apartment not knowing what to expect. It took a phone call to the property to ask how to get in, which consisted of opening a lock box. This could have been communicated in a message, email or through the Booking.com website, but was not. The result was having to make an international call from my cell phone since I did not have a local number. For those of you with limited strength or mobility, be aware that you will have to carry your luggage up three floors of narrow stairs. There is no elevator or anyone there to assist you. I’m sure the property would be able to assist you if you make an arrangement in advance, but don’t expect anyone to be there when you check in.

we left the hot water on all the time yet if myself and my partner had long showers hot water would run out TV only had Netflix on it also no cleaner came in the week we stayed there and our bins were overflowing there was a lot of keys to enter and leave the property and was a little dark outside the front door due to works going on.

A good apartment with good service, good location, good attitude of the landlord, good condition of the house and complete facilities. It’s a good choice that will make people want to come again. Thanks also to Laura for the late checkout which allowed us to enjoy an extra 4 hours in Split.

something wrong with the lights in the stairwell of the whole building. It is really dangerous to go to the third floor in the dark.

This apartment is truly unique with its characteristic stone walls and sloping roof. The windows are lovely, and the location is perfect. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the landlord is incredibly friendly. Plus, even though there is no elevator, they went out of their way to help carry our luggage up to the top floor.

The wait time for the hot water in bathroom if there is more than two people.
