Great view

No smart tv and beds not as comfortable as other places.

The view was unbelievable. Wow Wow Wow!

The view! It’s all about the view. Don’t think there is better in the city, except maybe the Marjan Hill. The apt is comfortable and clean with minimum necessities. A bit outdated building but can’t beat the view and close to everything.

An older building but nothing to do about that. Not a horrible bother.

A very nice and comfortable apartment in the very center of Split, 15 minutes walk to the historic old town, 8 minutes to the beach. Beautiful views from the window. Everything has been thought of: the kitchen has everything a family might need, even stocked with beach towels and umbrellas! Each room has A/C. If you want to take a ferry to Brac island, bear in mind traffic jams from the apartment to the ferry, i.e. -plan in advance; we were staying in the apartment for a week and there was always traffic jam.

Pretty small parking place near the house, so if you are coming late, there might be no place to park and you have to go and search for the parking on the street (which is free and we always found a spot).

The space was incredible for our family and the views from the apartment were incredible. The location is an easy walk to Old Town in Split.

The parking was slightly challenging with limited spaces but this was because of it being peak season.

The views are spectacular. Unit was very clean and comfortable with good AC in every room. You can walk to beaches, old town, port etc.

The location of the property was excellent, just a 15-minute walk to Riva, with shops, a bakery, and a grocery store nearby. The view from the apartment was stunning, offering a vista so beautiful that you wouldn’t need to visit Marjan Hill to appreciate the scenery. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Finding a parking space can be quite challenging, as availability is largely based on luck. The property does not offer private parking, so if you don’t secure a spot early in the day, finding one later, especially in the evening, is nearly impossible. I often found myself parking next to the building close to the road. Additionally, the parking area is quite crowded, making it difficult to maneuver a larger vehicle.

The apartment was very nice inside. The owner gave us good directions to access the building. A bit of a walk to center. The view from the apartment was outstanding

Would have preferred a closer walk to town, but that is not a complaint about the apartment.
