Impressive views of Split from all the apartment windows - 13th floor. Spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment. Coffee machine. 15 - 20 minute walk from tourist areas, bus and train stations. Detailed instructions given on how to enter the building and the apartment. There is a lift and air con in lounge and bedrooms.

Instructions on how to switch on the separate heater for the shower and other appliances would have been useful, though we worked it all out eventually. There was no kettle.

Excellent views

Very small bathroom with very limited hot water. It does not have 2 bathrooms. The 2nd bathroom was just a toilet . It was difficult to get in and out of this toilet.

Window view

Amazing view, waking distance close to supermarket, bakery, restaurants.. 10 minutes walking distance from port/city center.. highly recommended 🫶🏻🇭🇷

Only one ac for the apartment is not enough in hot temperatures.

No toaster and slightly loose loo seat but rest was fab.

We really enjoyed staying at Panorama; the 13th floor of a residential tower block. Waking in the morning looking over the whole city and seeing the sunsets at the end of the day was amazing. The apartment was clean and equipped with all the basics. Panorama is located slightly outside of the main tourist areas, which is what we wanted. The city beaches are to the south, a ten minute walk away and great for swimming and people watching. Fifteen minutes west to the old town. Our favourite discoveries from the week were: Swimming every day Coffee at Tinel Coffee and Voga Coffee Watching Hajduk Split play at Plan B Pub with excellent and great priced Pizza and Beer Lots of 2 Euro Gelatos in the old town Fig restaurant Relaxing in Mandrach Bar, swimming in the marina and at Lubinski Porat Beach

10 minute walk from all the action arguably the best view over split.

outside the building looks a little run down but apartment was 5 star inside with a view to kill

We enjoyed the view the most!

During our stay neighbors started to repair their flat just above us. The noise was very loud. However, the host was very quick to arrange everything for us.
