Riva - the heart of palace

Great location in the palace, the room was very spacious, modern and fantastic views. The host was very helpful and friendly

It was quite loud at night as there was a bar opposite which stayed open until 1am, however we are deep sleepers so it didn’t really effect us

Perfect location, beautiful view, gorgeous building, very clean and well appointed apartment with everything we needed, really quiet despite being on the Riva promenade.

Perfect location! Host sent someone to help with luggage when I arrived. As expected, walking up several flights of stairs (no elevator) was tough, but the view was worth it. Very clean!

Vlado very graciously met us outside the palace to show us the way through the maze-like (for first-timers) palace, help with our bags, and show us the apartment. The apartment was very comfortable. It had air conditioning for hot afternoons, but was generally a very comfortable temperature. Vlado and Magda provided some really excellent recommendations for coffee, breakfast, dinner places and things to do and see. They were very responsive to questions and needs. I coul not recommend them more highly!

The view of the ocean and harbour was absolutely amazing! Location was perfect - right in the middle of the palace, so the Peristyle is just outside within 2 mins and all the restaurants along the Riva promenade. Lots of cute markets nearby too

Th staircase (3 flights) but the host helped with carrying our luggage, so it really was not an issue at all!

The location was perfect and our host was excellent. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. I would stay again.

It was three floors of stairs, but to get that beautiful view, it was worth it.

Proprietors were wonderful...met us promptly to give us keys and show us the room. Views from the room are spectacular.

The only downside was the flights of stairs to get up to the room. But that's what allows the spectacular view!

We loved our stay. The apartment is spectacular, modern, clean, has a small refrigerator, cups, plates, silverware, a kettle, and coffee maker. The air conditioning works perfectly. The apartment is quiet. The bathroom is beautiful with a great shower, plenty of towels. Vlado was a wonderful host. He carried our bags for us up and down 3 flights of stairs and showed us the many ways, and the easiest ways, to get to the apartment which truly is in “the heart of the palace.” He also gave us wonderful restaurant and beach recommendations. The view out the windows just can’t be beat. Seeing the ocean as we went to bed and woke up brought us so much joy. Highly recommend this accommodation. We will be back.

Great apartment. Excellent position in the palace and great views. Three floors of stairs are worth it! Vlad is an excellent host, great suggestions and very flexible to accomodate a delayed checkout

Renovations happening, not ideal but will make it even more special when we visit again or others do.
