Modern & Spacious 80m2 Apartment in Riga Old Town

Location, size of flat, equipment are great. We really liked that and recommend the flat.

Bad smell in the bathroom and very weak water pressure. But nothing that would ruin the stay.

Great stay, good location- close to everything. Very enjoyable staying there.

Super spacious, and bright apartments. Fabulous location, one step away from Old Town restaurants and bars. Check-in procedure was super easy and efficient.

The entrance to the flat was covered in renovation rubbish from somewhere, the nearby bar guests were quite loud in the evenings. The flat was lovely but the cleanliness was an actual issue for us, the floors were dirty, there was dust everywhere, the staircase leading to the apartment was crusty. The flat just needs some love, there’s lack of furnishings, like a bench in the hallway upon entering the flat, maybe some chest of drawers and some art in the flat. Some dishes were cracked and not suitable to eat from. There were very little towels provided in the flat, and there was quite strong stale water smell in the bathroom. Heating was bit odd, even though we turned on the thermostat and turned up the radiators it was not heating up in the day.
