Modern & Spacious 80m2 Apartment in Riga Old Town

Very spacious apartment and location is just perfect! It was amazing to stay at the heart of the city - Art Nouveau building. The apartment is cosy. We also liked that there were a lot of facilities such as dishwasher, dryer, ironing, hair dryer, owen. This place is great for families, you can find the feeding chair and bed for baby. Great price for such quality.

However there are some parts that can be improved, for example the microwave and owen were dirty, and one of the major problem was the water - the pressure was so low, it was pitty that we weren’t able to use the big tub. Also the temperature jumped all the time.

The location is perfect. The flat as described. If you are going to riga just book christopher flat. Communication with the host was easy. We will be bacl for sur.

The apartment is huge, bright and has everything one needs!

It was a challenge to bring our suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs.

Spacious,beautiful apartment.

Loudness from street did not let us sleep,even at sunday or working day nights. If you leave window closed,it is too hot to sleep,if you leave it open- feels like you are literally sleeping in the middle of wild party. Air co could help so windows could stay closed,then sound from streets wasnt so loud.

Perfect location, right in the centre of the old town, everything we wanted was within a 10 minute walk. The apartment itself was modern and spacious, the host had good communication with us. The bed was comfortable and clean. Netflix was available in the living room, there was good free wifi, and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment.

There wasn’t any dishwasher tablets to use the dishwasher and I wish the curtains in the bedroom were thicker as the room was very bright in the morning.

Liked: 1) The space of the whole apartment; 2) The included facilities (such as the modern and efficient washer+dryer; the modern cooking hobs plus plenty of utensils; the dishwasher); 3) The location to access everywhere in Central Riga; 4) The seamless communication and comprehensive instructions with and from the property owner or manager.

Everything was almost perfect, except: 1) There were no dishwasher tablets to use the nice dishwasher during the stay. 2) The fridge/freezer was great to use but the top drawer of the freezer has been stuck due to heavy ice formation without having been cleared by the apartment maintanence.
