Modern & Spacious 80m2 Apartment in Riga Old Town

Beautiful apartment in the center of Riga. The inner courtyard sometimes feels a bit unpleasantly, but the apartment itself is truly beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Spacious, clean, and comfortable. A great starting point for exploring the city. Public transport stops and the train station are nearby the apartment. I also appreciate the contactless key handover. Everything went smoothly. All codes worked.

Nothing serious. I would just appreciate dishwasher capsules and slippers – the floor was a bit cold when you have to walk only in socks. In summer months, it definitely won't be a problem. There is a smell of waste in the bathroom, which is a bit of a shame as it detracts from an otherwise beautiful and clean apartment.

The apartment was in an excellent location, right in the heart of Old Town. The codes to the door and the key box were provided the day before we arrived and we had no trouble finding or accessing the apartment. The apartment was extremely spacious and very well equipped. We used the kitchen some nights to cook wonderful food from the Riga Central Market and found that all required kitchen items were available. It was great having a dishwasher too! Netflix was available which was a bonus! We found the apartment to be clean and tidy and we didn't have any issues with hot water. All in all, a very enjoyable stay and if we return to Riga, we would definitely stay here again.

Location - 10 marks, few minutes walk and you will be in Riga oldtown Apartment size - 10 marks, so spacious until we sometimes forgot where we put our things The property heater works so well.

The apartment is hidden in a quite spooky, dark, dirty, creepy area, literally like hiding behind restaurant back door and surrounded by a trash disposal area. Arriving there at night could be scary because no light outside of the apartment at all. Also the floors were wet when we arrived (snow/ice melted), and quite dirty. You need to climb the spiral staircase (2 floors) to reach the property, is a nightmare to carry heavy luggage all the way up. Water heater in the apartment toilet is not stable, halfway shower the water temperature could drop to freezing point. Also whole apartment is quite dry, hard to sleep in such dry room.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Close to the bus stop if you are going by bus(22.) to the airport. Huge apartment with all the facilities. Comfortable bed. Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host easy and self check in also. Thanks!

Only thing one evening there was a hot water only enough for one person to have a shower.

The house was spacious and very clean. The location was also pretty comfortable to move from to any place in the city

The alley to the entrance was dirty and full of dirty waters but that probably had to do with the fact that it was snowing also

Liked the location ,near the center, really big ,spacious & beautiful place

No 1 problem the water pressure and the fact that it was either 100 degrees or -10 . We didn’t like the fact that it was a little bit dirty , the glasses were stuck to the kitchen cabinet . We told the host that it was gonna be 4 of us and the sheets blankets pillows weren’t ready, they were under the sofa “closet” and I’m not sure how clean they were . We were also told to throw out the trash and clean the dishes, while it wasn’t the cleanest place to ask something like that .

The apartment was huge and as-pictured, but the water pressure was so weak that the enormous tub (the main reason I chose this booking) could not be filled more than a couple of inches before the hot water ran cold. So it was unusable. When I mentioned this to the host he basically said I must be mistaken. Also, the apartment is up two very steep and narrow and treachorous flights of spiral stairs, which was difficult (I have some mild mobility problems) and I would not have booked if I'd known, I nearly broke my neck bringing my bags back down.

Extremely modern and spacious apartment, with beautiful design details, high ceiling and just wonderful! Price was exceptional for this great apartment! In the very heart of Old Riga, right next to the best bar in Riga - Folkklubs Ala :) I truly recommend to stay here!
