Modern & Spacious 80m2 Apartment in Riga Old Town

Very large apartment, after a good renovation done about twenty years ago

No elevator. Very narrow high dirty staircase. The bathroom smells like sewage. Low water pressure, causing hot water supply to be inconsistent. The bed linen is poorly washed, instead of white it is gray.

Great location in the old town and bundles of space for three people

There was limited bedding for the sofa bed

Well placed in downtown Rīga close to the main attractions. Landlord is great giving you the instructions. Apartment is very large and comfy, well equiped.

The bathroom smell but to be honest I was aware of and you get use to it pretty quick.

The apartment is extremely spacious and well equipped. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and a good location to the old town.

The apartment entryway is not the most appealing but the apartment is much much better than the entry (a driveway next to a restaurant). The shower smells as though the drains need to be cleaned and there didn't appear to be dishwasher tablets.

Great location and very spacious.

Nothing except that there was a slight pungent smell in the bathroom during my stay. The air smelled like a rotten egg coming out from one of a leaking sewer. It would have been good to have an air freshener in the bathroom. Lastly, there was no soap holder inside the shower cubicle so I had to place the soap on the cubicle floor.

Excellent location, huge apartment, very nicely designed Has almost everything you need Comfortable bed The stairs are difficult if you have any mobility issues

Maybe could have a mirror in in bedroom for drying hair

The apartment has everything like your real home and makes it so convenient to stay there.

The host has very strict check-in and check-out timing. The only missing is a lift. It's on the second floor but the stairs have limited space and with 23kg two baggage was my tragic.

Excellent apartment, modern and with great facilities. The location is also excellent, very central and easy to walk anywhere.

Nitpicking - The bathroom area had a bit of a sewage smell.

Really spacious, modern apartment - very Ikea! Good cooking facilities and proximity to everything in Riga.

Bathroom had a strong ‘drain’ odour, which was worse inside the shower cubicle.
