"Bathroom sink is dangerous"

It wasn't too far from the city center

Really dirty pots, mess in kitchen cabinets, so few dishes that the kitchen was almost unusable, freezer had some old spilled icecream in it. Shower was moldy & didn't drain, bathroom sink was literally under electrical current and owner didn't care enough about that to respond to us. Apartment could have been nice if the owner had made any updates in the last few decades.

"very basic but alright for the money"

20min walk to the city, owner was very responsive and it was very warm

need refurbishing, the matres was very thin and very uncomfortable. shelving units needs fixing
